COMPENSATION
- The Apprenticing Protege Is A Salaried Position Starting At $60,000 Yearly Salary
- Includes 5+ Weeks Of Paid Time Off- In March, November, And December + (Summer Holidays Are Additional Paid Time Off)
- Average 40 Hr. Work Week. Some Days Are Longer Than Others. Hours Are Very Fluid.
- Thursdays Are Color-Corrections, Scholarships, Wigs, Or Extensions, And Are Generally Long
- Basic Hours Are: Thursday- 10:30 To 6 or 10, Friday- 10:30 To 6, Saturday- 10:30 To 7, Sunday- 11 To 7, Monday- 4 To 10:30pm
- Tuesdays And Wednesdays Are Off (With Very Occasional Thursdays Being Off)
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
- Minimum One Year Experience
- Ability To Use An iPhone (So You Can Learn The Square App For Client Checkout)
- Ability To Be Self-Motivated And Do What Needs To Get Done Without Micro-Managing
- Ability To Help Create And Maintain A Cohesive And Supportive Salon Environment
- Ability To Give Honest And Helpful Critiques To Help Yourself, Your Peers, And The Salon Grow
